本課程培育臨床教師勝任 臨床能力委員會（CCC）的運作——從資料審視、群體判讀、信賴授權決策，到回饋與量身打造的學習計畫。課程分為初階與進階兩階段：初階建立 CBME 脈絡下的 CCC 定位、以情境影片＋ CCC Checklist 小組討論校準共識、再以學員學習歷程教案進行角色扮演；進階以世界咖啡館等多元形式深化委員帶領與爭議決策，並導入委員會委員訓練認證，培育合格的 CCC 委員。 This course prepares clinical teachers to run the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) — from data review and group judgement, to entrustment decisions, feedback and tailored learning plans. It runs in two tiers — Basic and Advanced: the Basic tier sets CCC in the CBME context, calibrates consensus with a scenario video + the CCC Checklist, then role-plays with a learner portfolio case; the Advanced tier, using formats such as the World Café, deepens chairing and difficult decisions and introduces committee-member training & certification to develop qualified CCC members.

每位成員先就 CCC Checklist 各項目「沒有／部分／完全做到」獨立評分。Each member independently rates every Checklist item (not/partly/fully met).
facilitator 促進比對差異，請成員以影片中的具體事證說明判斷。The facilitator surfaces differences; members justify with concrete evidence from the video.
逐項收斂出小組共識評分，並記錄觀察與理由。Converge on a consensus rating per item, recording observations & rationale.
給小組 facilitator 的逐步帶領指引，支撐「個人 → 共識」全流程。A step-by-step guide for group facilitators, supporting the whole "individual → consensus" flow.
每個主題設一桌、配引導者固定守桌；參與者分成數組，各組先入座一桌開始討論。One table per topic with a host facilitator who stays; participants split into groups and begin.
各組就該桌主題依 A 現象→B 困難→C 策略→D AI→E 共識發想，把意見寫在桌布。Groups work the topic through A→E and write ideas on the tablecloth.
時間到各組整組輪到下一桌；引導者與桌布留原桌，用 3 分鐘向新組摘要前組重點、邀請差異化補充。Groups rotate; facilitator & tablecloth stay, bridging prior points in 3 minutes and inviting fresh input.
桌布一輪輪疊加各組意見，最後收斂為委員共識，由各主題引導者報告匯整。The tablecloth accumulates round by round; topics converge into committee consensus, reported by each host.
